Quick question....bit confused about COGS
I run an online business.
Into the cost of the item I am reselling (no manufacturing at this stage) I am adding:
purchase price - $2.50
packing materials - $2.50
which gives a value: say $5
Now when I calculate my additional stock purchases do I count it as $2.50 or $5.00???
