i don't know why Balance sheet is not equal
Trial Balance
Account DEBIT CREDIT

Accounts Receivable 7,500
PrePaid Rent Expense 2,400
Supplies 600
Land 3,500
Building 10,000
Accumulated Depreciation -Bldg. 500
Accounts Payable 3,000
Unearned Revenue 1,500
Revenue 9,000
Wage Expense 1,300
Utilities Expense 600
Retained Earnings 1/1 6,650
Dividends 250
Paid-In-Capital-In-Excess of Par Common Stock 2,100
Common Stock -Par $5 8,900
TOTAL 31,900 31,900

Your Trial Balance Debit not Equal Credit. There is difference 500 in one side. (Best Guess Prepaid Rent allocation missing). Then Try the Balance sheet!
