Willing to trade a client for future considerations

All,

With baseball season just around the corner I figured that
the infamous "future considerations" might be approp.

I've a client - Detroit area - relocating to the Fort Wayne,
IN area shortly. He's a couple of rental properties, in IN
and an internet business (loser) and other ventures he's
looking into. Extremely, NAIVE re: taxes and accounting IOW
a high maintenance client. With proper guidance, he could
be a respectable client someday.

Because of the high maintenance issue I feel that a local
CPA would better serve his future needs. Anyone interested,
please email me privately (sorry Dick I know the rules but
feel that breaking them this one time is OK) and I pass on
my phone number to discuss. All I ask is future
consideration should you have a similar situation in the
future.

Regards,

Mark Rigotti CPA

I have a special place in my heart (today only) for people
who part with high maintenance clients. It took me six
years to get my brother to dump his worst.

Harland,

Let's see a paying client - an asset - for a liability - I
somehow do not think this will meet a like kind issue by
definition.
