USA Accidentally deposited roth ira into rollover ira

I am age 66. Earlier in 2014 (when age 65), I cashed out a $1,200 roth ira CD from a bank with the intention of depositing it into an investment roth ira. However, when I gathered my papers in preparation of doing my taxes, I discovered that I had inadvertently deposited the roth funds into a rollover ira by mistake. How do I correct this? And will there be any penalties?
