Accounting cost of estimation

Hello everyone!
I hope I can get help. I have a course work which will be graded the next few days. it is about building a model with regression technique to predict overhead costs. as we know, we have to obtain a correlation between variables to proceed with regression.
I would be very grateful if anyone solve to me the part of correlation to continue the rest of the work. here is the subject
