Hi all,
I own a small B&B which I also the family home and I am in a partnership with my daughter.
Over the last 2 years we have developed 2 log cabins on the land and a self catering annex.
The self catering side is not what I want to do, I am happy plodding along with the B&B and she loves the hectic pace of the rest.
We have decided that we want to dissolve the partnership, meaning that i will just solely run the B&B in my name, and she will run the rest, obviously everything will be totally separate including bank accounts and website etc.
Is this possible as everything is in effect on the same property where we live and we used to be in a partnership?
