AMT & Employee Stock Grants

My apologies if this question has been answered previously.

I was informed by the IRS that I need to file AMT (form 6251). I am aware that my property taxes or Mortgage Interest payment likely triggered AMT but do I need to report Employee Stock Grants under form 6251?
