I'm currently looking to file the BE10. I work for a company that has various entities. We have one parent entity that owns 100% of 3 subsidiaries. Those 3 subsidiaries own 100% of foreign entities. I'm having a difficult time figuring out whether I need to file one BE10 at the parent entity or 3 BE10 forms at the three single subsidiaries. Or if I need to file at all four entities.
