Hello everyone,
Would anyone here help me with this issue? I have been searching certain states' tax law, including Alabama, California, Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas about this but still have not found an answer.
Do government contractors have sales tax exempt of their purchases which are performed the contract with the government? Because government does not pay sales tax, so government contractors cannot pass sales tax of their purchases to the government when they perform the contracts.
Thank you.
