UK expenses incurred not billed

Hi how I should account the expenses incurred but not billed yet. I think they should be book as accrued expenses (as a liability) but what is the matching account in the balance sheet? thanks

Accrued Expense is the liability - offset to operating expense. Assumes you received the goods or service.
