Financial modelling for fix asset replacement schedule

Hi All,

I am trying to work on a finance modelling or template to review my company (IT company)'s fix asset replacement schedule.

Most of assets are infrastructure asset e.g Server, storage, network etc, and most of it had fully depreciated. Now I am trying to work on a model/template and logic when to replace the asset to ensure the operation is not discrupted.
