Australia Finding Subsidiaries and Associate from Annual report

Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is doing fine. I want to know how to find/calculate percentage ownership of subsidiaries and all of the associates and joint ventures or mergers from a parent annual report?

In general, I was looking into the financial report, and the company website but could not locate the exact % of the ownership of subsidiaries and associates of a parent company.

Can anyone please guide me to get through this puzzle, please. It would be a great help for me.

This really depends on the company, and depends on what they are disclosing. Do you work for the company, or are you analyzing a public company annual reports? If they don't disclose it, then there is no way for you to provide the breakdown. If you work for the company, then you should be able to parse through old accounting entries to compile it.
