USA Possessory Interest Tax. Any Deduction?

Taxpayer bought a manufactured/mobile home in a community of mobile homes (in CA, if that matters).
HUD1 statement references charges for "2013-14 Possessory Interest Tax", Use Tax to HCD (Housing and Community Development), Fees to HCD and Estimated 2014-15 Possessory Interest Tax to Marin County Treasurer-Tax Collector. I am trying to determine if any of these items are Schedule A deductions. Does anyone here have experience with this? Since it appears that client does not actually own the land the home is situated on there would not be a real estate tax deductions but is there something else?
