UK Prevailing wage and certified payroll

I'm trying to understand certified payroll better. the paperwork expresses details based upon weekly pay, but we dont pay like that. so if paying biweekly or the first/fifteenth, the numbers could be off with the tax numbers. or is that over thinking things?
