Hi, maybe this will be a silly question, but are there any rules (within the IFRS) for an amount of dividends per share that a company can payout? Is it possible to payout less than $0.01 per share? (e.g. payout profit of $1,000 in a company that issued 200,000 shares). Or even to pay for example $0.0157 per share. Or is it always necessary to round the amount per share to cents? Thanks a lot.

This will not be in IFRS. Have your lawyer look to articles of incorporation and law of the state of charter
