Spouses divorcing, Sole-proprietorship only source of income

I am going through a divorce, we have a sole-proprietorship as only source of income for 2010. I cannot figure out how to proceed on my taxes because I do not want to do married filing jointly. I would like to file as head of household but I'm not sure how to split up on paper the business--

I live in Oklahoma
