Recently it was announced that EU authorities intend to penalize Luxembourg for using Advanced Tax Ruling.
Can someone explain me what is this method?
Is when the government signs a deal with a corporation for a specific lower corporation tax that diverges from the fixed corporate tax imposed on all other local companies?
