Hi, i need to seek pro's advice if doable. The co accts have 2 legal entities, one set of pl uptodate the other entity was being set up as a service procurere selling materials to the pl type. This procurement entity have 2yrs of backlog which filing of agm, etc yet to be completed. Are there any significant implications? Thanks
