Build road, drainage & parking lot...

Hello,

I'm uncertain how to record expenses incurred in building a road attached to a building, drainage and parking lot? Meanwhile no building recognised as a fixed asset since it was built by government. I'm working with one of government subsidiaries. Need help...

Have you considered capitalizing it to "Land Improvements"?

I would say Building improvements so you could depreciate it.
