UK Cash to increase sales

Hi,

Is there a quick method of working out how much extra cash I would need to increase sales revenue by £1m for example, other than completing a detailed cash flow model.

It all depends on what type of business you are assessing. Are you referring to the need for more cash to convert inventory to sales?
