Hi,
We currently have a company with 2 members. The company is in the retail business. The members each have 50% of the business. One of the members is leaving and has asked to be paid out. Do i pay he member out 50% of the assets? Do I include the liabilities in the payout i.e. The lease agreement is for 2 Years. Do I include the business operating costs when working out how much needs to be paid out.
