I'm confused with the workings...
10% preference share of 50c each = 100000 issued share X 50c = 50000
and then, 50000 X 10% = 5000 isn't....
No. of ordinary shares issued = $200,000 / $0.25 = 800,000 ordinary shares
How is that?
I thought the calculation is this way....
Issued ordinary share = 200000 X 25c = 50000
and then, 50000 X 1c = 500 (interim)
50000 X 2c = 1000 (final)
Please explain.....
