Costs to be deferred

Hi, I am working in a construction company. As revenue are to be recognized by stages per IFRS 15, I am also wondering what are the kinds/example of costs are to be deferred? Are there any accounting standards mentioning the type of costs are to be deferred along with the revenue recognition by stages?
