USA DO I need to start an LLC?

I want to sell some custom tees and caps on my personal site instead of ebay or etsy. I will accept payment through credit card or paypal but i don't have a paypal business account. Do I need to LLC? I am selling items under my own name. I don't make much money now. My taxes are low. Should I still start an LLC?

There's no direct need to setup an LLC. However, if you do not, then any income you make needs to be declared on your personal tax return. This income would be taxed at your personal tax rate. You also face personal liability, but that shouldn't really be a concern if you are just selling clothing.
