Double payment of Contract Staff

Good morning afternoon all,

Please we have been having this problem of making double payment to our contract staff. How can these can be well track so as to avoid these double payment issues.

You first need to understand why this happens and what control breakdown exists that permits it. I cant imaging why your comapny pays double wages regularly and would investigate the cause and implement controls to make sure this doesnt happen in the future. Cant give better advice without understanding why this is happening.
