Entries for employee deduction

Dear Friends ,

I have a question regarding the fee paid on behalf of employee

For example
there is government fees of 500 from which 300 we will pay (employer) and 200 will be deducted from employee..
i am paying this fees from my bank please guide me with the enteries that is required in my BANK PAYMENT VOUCHERS(BPV)
AND JV(JOURNAL VOUCHER)

Sounds similar to like FICA taxes in US (not sure where you are). Employee portion is a withholding tax (Liability) that you release after paying to government.
