Hello,
My grandmother, who lived in Italy, passed away in January this year and her house there has been put on sale. Once the house has been sold part of the money will be coming to me here in the UK.
The inheritance tax in Italy has already been paid, but I am not sure if I will have to pay any kind of tax here, and if so how and to whom and what sort of paper work I would need to present.
Any information would be much appreciated.
