Have quickbooks Enterprises in my shops in different branches in different towns and would like to access one company file from Headquarters office via internet, please help the procedure? What should i do to work effectively with quickbooks in remote branches?

The simplest option is a central server in which remote users access via a Remote Desktop Connection. They then open QB from within the remote desktop, data itself would not pass over the internet, only the screen image (and keyboard/mouse commands).

Alternatively, QB online might be a better route, however, I am not that familiar with it.

Having staff access the server directly over the VPN will eventually result in a corrupted database.
