Middle East new business as part of global group

Hi all,

I am currently setting up a business in the UAE. I will be stocking and selling products from China and other countries throughout the Middle East. The company is part of a global group of businesses that is family owned. All business are essentially separate but our main accountant is based in a different country.

I was hoping you could help me choose accounting and contact management software that is great with multi currencies and can be accessed by several different people on different operating systems. I use a mac but others use PC with Microsoft as the OS. So I need a web bases system. We will also be doing mail shots to potential customers so an automated mailing system would be needed.

I can answer any more specific questions if you have any.
