Minimize Cost

Hi Everyone,

My company Export Tuna Meat to overseas market while now due to bad season there was no catch and therefore no export, the factory is now experience a lost for past months because the expenditure is so high. Now we are only depend on our local/domestic sales i.e only thousands a week. Is any advice there on how to minimize costs and increase sales ?
