i tried to buy a ticket to meet my wife in africa and noticed a loophole in the money exchange system.
the plane ticket in africa is 150.000 am (african money) which is calculated at £580 from bank rate of 256am.
the £ at black market is 350am, that means 150.000am will cost you around £430 if you get from black market.
i noticed a big difference from £580 and £430
my question is, how can someone benefit from this loophole in the money exchange rate system?
