Hey guys,

Could anyone give me some advices about how to choose output units for a bodyshop and the main sales component of this bodyshop are labors and parts which are more than 30% of the total sales. Since I am doing a BE analysis but cannot decide what its output is.

Thanks!

In classic break-even, there is a product being sold for a fixed price. But in bodyshop work they might fix a scratch (low price) or re-work an entire car( high price) so the price per sale is going to vary by a lot! You might try using an average per sale but that may not work well
