UK Partnership share v capital account

I have recently received a revised valuation in respect of a partnership evaluation of a deceased relative. Previously, I received a break down of her capital account net total. These two amounts are very similar but I am unsure whether they are separate figures which we need to combine or whether the amount in the capital account is part of/the same as the partnership valuation.

Any clarification would be much appreciated.
