UK Quicken suddenly lost Scheduled transaction list!

I have been using quicken since about 1998 with only minor niggles, however a major one has just occured.
Suddenly, all scheduled transactions have vanished. Not only that, but the empty list has 'create new' highlighted but after entering data - as usual - the list still remains empty.

Has anyone any idea of what has happened and how to correct it please?

The program is Quicken 2004.

Hmmm. I would say start by updating your Quicken? 2004 is well over 14 years old at this point.
