USA Reporting income from land rents

I had income from land rent (energy companies) in 2012 and I need to report it on Schedule E. There is no street address for this property, only land tract numbers from surveys. Any idea how to enter that on Schedule E?

All you have is the land tract. Use that plus the city and state
