Does anyone out there have the PPC worksheet that is used to calculate the Revenue Procedure 70-604 excess membership carryover? I have one return to complete and can't find my copy of the worksheet! I do very few condo returns anymore, and commercial condos are even fewer and farther between. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
