Hi everyone I live in the North East am part qualified and own a small practice
I have been approached by the Taxassist Franchise they want my Clients,and my premises,but say the are unable to hire me even for a short time during a handover because I must be employed by Taxassist to give advice. Can anyone enlighten me further as te offer is attractive but I am worried about claw backs.
