UK Selft Assesment - Foreign Income (Exchange Rates)

Hi,

I have a query about exchange rates calculations on foreign income. HMRC website has list of Monthly exchange rates, for foreign currency. Is this the one I need to use or do I need to 'somehow' find out daily rates?
