Hopefully this thread has found that correct home and I want to thank everybody in advance for helping out.
I currently have a partnership LLC business that is pretty self sufficient and I am looking to start a second LLC (alone) and I was wondering what sort of tax advantages or disadvantages this may have. The ultimate goal is to lower my taxable income as much as possible. Any advice would be much appreciated!
