India Sundry Creditors/debitors

Hello .

Would like to know whether the customers/client names and the employees name have to be entered in Sundry Creditors /Debitors .

Customers and clients names should normally be entered on a list of Debtors or Creditors so as to identify them and their transaction. But I'm not sure why employees should appear on those lists. I believe employees should be treated separately.
