Both I and my husband are international students holding the F1 visa in the U.S. I am currently doing my co-op, so I am required to file tax return for 2010.
We have two children holding F2 dependent visas, but they are dependent to my husband, not to me (in terms of visa). Can I claim them as dependent in my tax filing?
PS: My husband will not be filing a tax return, since he doesn't work. I will file my tax as "single".
