If a Company has tax payable of $12,000.00 and has to make tax instalments during the coming year than the company would pay over the duration of 12 months?
The Company could make a one time payment of $12,000.00.
Though with tax instalments the Company would pay $1,000 a month over the duration of 12 months.

Also why wouldn't a company make a one time payment instead of making instalment payments?
