Does anyone know if the cloud accounting, CRM, inventory management, shopping cart software company who operates Tradepoint 360 is still in business. We are actually one of their clients but since November we have not been able to contact them by email since no one answers at any of 4 email addresses we have and the telephone number on the web side says it's "no longer in service".
This of course is extremely worrying since all our accounting, inventory management etc. is using this software and as it is a cloud system it is hosted on Tradepoint's servers.
Now looking at other similar software and apart from NetSuite which is very expensive, we were thinking of bizautomation or Interprise suite. But both of these appear to be small companies so would this be the case of 'out of the frying pan into the fire'?
