Transactions are gone

I went to do a comparison report and got back some strange data. It turns out that all of my transactions in my register prior to 11/22/2011 are gone and on that date, the first transaction says "beginning balance". I have searched my computer and can't find a backup file containing that data.
This may have happened when I declined to upgrade to Quicken 2012. I hope they didn't do this to my transactions. That would be unethical.

Intuit is better than that, I don't think you'll have an issue once you give them a call and get an investigation going by support. They usually respond quickly but then I guess it all depends on the severity of the issue.

So make it sound severe as I have done to get things rolling quicker with quicken - ha!
