Trump Tax $10k limit

Hello all. I have a question regarding the $10k tax deduction limit for next year. I paid $12000 in state income taxes this year and about $6500 in property taxes. Does the $10k limit next year combine state income tax plus property taxes with a limit of $10k or is the 10k only for property taxes ?
