Does anyone know how to reach a live decision maker at Customer Retention for Wolter Kluwer's Canada office. Only Customer service answers with live people and when that group provides me with "supervisor" e-mails and phone numbers, I get no responses in over 60 days.....only voice mail, or mailbox full or auto e-mails saying they are out of the office for an indeterminate amount of time. My request was routinely made Dec 15, 2020, but now is it very urgent as of today Feb 16, 2021. I might need to ruffle some feathers!
