USA Advise on either Xero or Intacct

Has anyone ever used Xero or Intacct? if so can you let me know your feedback?

We use XERO, the benefits really come from the add ons, in our case we use it in conjunction with receptbank which is great for scanning & uploading receipts directly into the system keeping the books up to date. We also use workflow internally for time sheet tracking.

We have been using Intacct for a couple of years and I have been with our company for a little over one of those years. I like Intacct's ease of use and actually helpful help functions. Their newly launched community has also been a great resource to see how other users are handling certain transactions. We also like that Intacct has partnered with a lot of other apps so integration for things like sales tax and CRM integration are pretty easy and painless.

Our biggest challenge with Intacct was based on our original implementation and the way we configured the integration between Salesforce.com and Intacct. Make sure you spend the time up front on any integration and think about the future state of the business, rather than just the current state.
