Dissolution of a Wyoming corporation

What are the steps involved in dissolving a Wyoming corporation that has had no activity since incorporation in 2014? Would it be dissolved by the state after a couple of years due to inactivity?should an initial & final federal & state return be prepared?

This is a first of all a legal question. So you need a legal website, not here. Just note that you need to actively close it and not just wait for it to "die off." That does not happen and there are fees and taxes each year on the corp while it is not closed. So act now. Get it legally closed first then deal with tax returns.
