I have questions regarding claiming dependents on 2011 taxes. I am a US citizen
My mother has a green card and she lived with me for 8 months in 2010. She does not have a SSN. Can I claim her as a dependent
Also my in-laws were living with us on a visitor visa for 6 months (not continuously) in 2010 and do not have an ITIN number. Can we claim them as dependent for 2011 taxes. Is a copy of I-94 required or the copies from the passport (with the entry / exit stamp) sufficient
