I am struggling with a question about asset disposal, if someone could help:
So what I did was,
(€125,000- €5,000) €120,000 x 20% x2 years = 48,000 depreciation (don't charge dep for year the asset was disposed.
NBV= €77,000 but received €65,000 so a loss of €12,000
but this is not an option.
Where am I going wrong?
